How It Works
One motion for the user; seven steps for the system.
Step 1
The special bag is loaded
The nonwoven bag clicks onto the ring beneath the seat unit in a single motion. The cartridge system means no hand contact.
Step 2
The unit is used
There is no extra step for the user. No water, no chemicals, no flush.
Step 3
The bag mouth seals automatically
The moment use ends, the elastic system engages and cinches the bag shut in under three seconds. Odour is cut off at this step.
Step 4
The sealed package drops
The sealed package descends into the lower chamber by gravity while the mechanism loads the next bag.
Step 5
The liquid phase filters into the tank
The permeable layer of the nonwoven separates the liquid and routes it into the lower tank. Phase separation happens at the moment of use, while the waste is still inside the package.
Step 6
Solid waste stays sealed in the package
The solid phase never meets open air. Odour, flies and the contamination chain are all broken here.
Step 7
The package is removed easily
Open the chamber, lift out the sealed package with no contact. The liquid tank is emptied separately and independently.
Details of the mechanism under patent protection will be published here once the application process completes.
